The stride analysis is conducted using the education of biomechanics and the 5 core elements of a skating stride. It is crucial for hockey players to correct stride imperfections at a young age to enhance their abilities to have a powerful, explosive, and efficient stride.

While not all strides are made equal, we will deliver a comprehensive stride analysis for you to understand the strengths and areas of improvement for the player.
